Delbert “Del” Tanner
Chief Operating Officer
Del Tanner joined ActionLink’s Executive Team in September 2007. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership, finance, and information technology. As a founding member of Channel Partners, a company that provided merchandising, training, and special event support for technology companies in the retail and reseller channels, Del set the company’s successful strategic direction. Prior to selling Channel Partners, he oversaw all operations as President.
Del received his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.

Mike Skinner joined ActionLink in 2015 bringing with him almost 20 years of experience in IT within our industry.
With a strong record of mobile retail data collection, analytics and reporting, Mike is an industry leader in information technology retail solutions.
Mike has led teams in developing technology to support the success of our clients, as well as, bringing innovations to our industry.
He brings significant technology capabilities for implementing fast, reliable, integrated systems and procedures that help ActionLink partners meet
and exceed their objectives. With strong business acumen and a breadth of technology talents, Mike balances what is possible with what is most impactful.
Prior to joining ActionLink, Mike fine-tuned his talents at BDS Marketing and Marketstar.
When not at work, Mike can be found enjoying the California coast, playing guitar, or chasing after his English bulldog.
Vice President – Merchandising Operations and Business Development
Tara Scherler joined ActionLink in 2004 bringing with her extensive sales and client service experience.
Tara has helped to shape the way we engage with our clients, execute beyond expectations and anticipate both challenges and opportunities.
Tara leads our Merchandising Business Operations with a focus on strategy, as well as, a keen eye for the details of the many moving parts.
Tara attended The University of Akron. When Tara is not at work, she can be found with her family enjoying the lake,
watching her daughter play volleyball and a healthy dose of laughter.
Vice President – Sales Operations and Business Development
Rich Charca joined ActionLink in 2015 bringing over 25 years of retail management and 16 years within the 3PL industry.
Rich has launched 5 multi-million dollar, national programs. Rich attended University of Southern California and has achieved a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Rich leverages his expertise in consumer electronics, leadership and building teams while leading our Sales Operations organization.
When Rich is not at work, you may find him playing golf, watching baseball, hiking or tracking down the latest Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives,
a hobby he has had over the many years Rich has traveled.
Vice President – Talent
Maureen Hascher joined ActionLink in 2011 and leads our Talent Teams; HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Payroll,
and Travel. Maureen brings with her over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, operations and client services,
coupled with an MBA in Management from Walsh University and both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
Maureen leverages her knowledge of human resources, organizational behavior and business operations to help achieve the objectives of
the organization through effective people strategies. Prior to working with ActionLink, Maureen honed her talents with large
organizations like Signet Jewelers, as well as, mid-size and start-up organizations.
When Maureen is not at work, you can find her enjoying all the wonders of Vegas with her husband, running or playing volleyball.
SVP, Strategy and Retail Relationships
Todd’s areas of expertise include retail operations, strategic planning, business modeling and leadership development.
With decades of retail experience, predominantly with Target and Best Buy, he has spent time overseeing field operations,
merchandising / buying, marketing, innovation and leadership development.
Known as a person with unending energy, his passion is mostly observed when discussing retail store operations, food and Boston Sports.
