- Regular audits of our field representatives to assure they are working at the highest levels of competency.
- Timely, secure web-based reporting by our field representatives to evaluate our merchandising effectiveness, levels of product knowledge and sales activity in the stores we service for the products we represent.
- Compliance Department is responsible for pulling all missed call reports prior to the end of a program. Each representative is then contacted both by phone and email in regards to their missed call report. All responses are documented and communicated to the Regional Manager. Compliance Department also makes direct calls on all retail chains to ensure our representatives have completed a specific program with in their store.
